Applebee’s Steak and Angus Burgers!

(March 19th, 2007) –Indulge in the rich flavors and generous portions of Applebee’s Steak and Angus Burgers.  From March 26th – June 4th, 2007 Applebee’s is serving up a variety of Steaks and Angus Burgers for a limited time only.

    Come in and try our new New York Strip with Roasted Garlic and Mushrooms.  This 10 oz.  select center-cut sirloin strip steak is flame grilled and topped with garlic butter mushrooms.  Sides of grilled asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and garlic bread complete this savory entrée.  This great tasting steak is a cut above! 

    The Seared Ribeye with Garlic Chili Shrimp is a unique offering created for Applebee’s by celebrity chef Tyler Florence.  Our 9 oz. House Sirloin is marinated with Asian soy sauce and grilled.  Then it’s topped with plump shrimp and crisp Asian veggies tossed in Tyler’s own red chili sauce.  A hint of spice will perk up your taste buds!  This entrée is finished with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.

    Applebee’s Angus Burgers are also sure to please any appetite.  The Bruschetta Burger is juicy, robust and has an incomparable taste. It’s crowned with a zesty pesto sauce and fresh bruschetta mix and set on thick wedges of mozzarella.  It’s served between grilled focaccia bread for a delicious crunch.  This Tyler Florence created burger is served with his crispy garlic fries that are sprinkled with shaved Parmesan.

    Don’t forget to save room for dessert. Applebee’s Triple Chocolate Meltdown is a chocolate lover’s dream come true!  A rich and magnificently moist chocolate cake topped with both dark and white chocolate. Its fudge filled center will erupt upon first bite, rolling into vanilla ice cream and hot fudge.
